Rayguard Innovations LLC, doing business as Tanderviq, Nevada, USA, operates tanderviqrealestate.com. Contact support@tanderviqrealestate.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect and use
At checkout, we collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing details and order information. Payments are processed through Wix Payments and its payment-processing services. We use order and contact information to process purchases, provide digital products, communicate about orders, and handle support and refunds.
If you contact support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. If you use a contact form or create a member account, we receive the information you submit through that feature and use it to respond to your request or administer your account. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or private client records in messages or forms.
Our service providers
Wix hosts our store and provides checkout, order management, digital delivery, member-account and form features. Wix Payments processes payments. Google Workspace provides our support email. Information relevant to these services is processed through those providers. Their processing can include technical information needed to operate their services. Wix's privacy policy at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy describes Wix's practices. This notice describes Tanderviq's practices and does not replace a provider's own notice.
Cookies and technical information
The site uses the Wix platform, which uses cookies and technical information for functions such as security, session management, operation and platform performance measurement. See https://support.wix.com/en/article/cookies-and-your-wix-site.
We have not connected separate advertising pixels or marketing-tracking integrations, and have not added custom tracking-code snippets to the site. This does not mean the site is cookie-free or that Wix and payment-service providers collect no technical information. These providers may receive identifiers and activity information when you use their services. We do not use a separately connected advertising tracker to follow you across other websites. The absence of those integrations is not a statement that every service provider is unable to associate information across its services; its own privacy notice describes its practices.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect account, cart or checkout functions.
Communications
Order and support communications concern your purchase or inquiry. Leaving a marketing checkbox unchecked is not consent to marketing. You can ask us to stop marketing messages by emailing the contact address above. This does not prevent necessary communications about an order or a support request.
How long we keep information
We keep information for the purposes described here, taking into account whether an order, account, support issue, refund or dispute remains active and whether records are needed for accounting, tax, legal or other applicable obligations. We review deletion requests against those needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details where the relevant service allows us to do so. Provider backups or records subject to retention obligations may remain for a different period. This policy does not promise immediate or automatic deletion from every provider system.
Your requests
Email support@tanderviqrealestate.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion or a marketing opt-out. Include the email address associated with your order or account and describe your request. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns you before acting. We handle requests subject to applicable rights and recordkeeping requirements. Do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed.
Nevada residents may use the same address to submit a request that we not sell covered information about them. Providing this request route does not assert that Tanderviq sells information.
Changes to this notice
We will post revisions on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we will place a notice alongside the updated policy describing the change.
